Our story
Park Estates was founded in 1957 by Sydney Young. Following his passing in 1959, the business was carried forward by his son, Alan Young, and later by Paul Young, who joined the company at just 17 and continues to lead it today.
Now in its third generation, we remain proudly independent and rooted in Bexley. Over nearly seven decades, we have seen the property market change in many ways, economically, technologically and legislatively, and that experience allows us to guide you with clarity and perspective.
Many of our clients and their families return to us time and again as their lives evolve, buying, selling, letting or investing. That continuity reflects the relationships we build and the trust we work hard to earn.
